In this video, Abdul Samassa is talking to high school seniors about the important of decision making and time. Students, especially seniors, are faced with the fear of making the wrong choice. Some go through decision paralysis, which can prevent them from taking the next step into their bright future.

In partnering with EarthBeat Music sharing Drum-Movement-Song Workshops at Harmony Hill School in the Cohoes School District for the PreK through 5th grade Field Day! I lead an energizing dance steps with all of the kids!
A big thank you to all the teachers, administrators, and staff who facilitated this beautiful Field Day.

Together, we are fostering a supportive environment where individuals can explore aspirations and creative endeavors through self-defense.
